Liking the skewing, albeit subtle...seems to be about a hand-width extra distance per rising floor.

That skewing is in the depth of the balconies, not in the height.

Yes @Deadpool X ...and will be more obvious with lightplay off the balcony glass, as it should be angled slightly differently to the south (left) of the green line shown here...
