^^^ Awesome picture. I didn't know so many of the buildings on the Exhibition Grounds dated back that far. I assume this picture is from late 1960s?
It appears to be during construction of Ontario Place, so presumably between March 1969 and when it opened In May 1971.

The configuration of CNE Stadium, partly visible on the right side of the photo, had the smaller 'bleacher' type of south stand that was built for the Argos in 1959, and was demolished in the mid-1970s to build a new south part of the stadium that also allowed for baseball.

Request for Proposals Issued for Ontario Science Centre Relocation​

Infrastructure Ontario has invited three teams to respond to a request for proposals (RFP) to design, build, finance and maintain the new Ontario Science Centre project.
These teams were selected from the Request for Qualifications stage that was posted publicly in May 2024 and closed in August 2024. A rigorous evaluation process, including criteria such as design and construction capability, experience, qualified personnel and financial capacity to deliver a project of this size and scope was undertaken to pre-qualify the following teams to be invited to bid on the RFP:

Hariri/Snohetta/John Laing are definitely the strongest team in terms of experience on large-scale cultural projects.

But Belevedere/Ellis Don is very interesting. Belvedere is an ex Renzo Piano partner and I think that design language will resonate very much with the marine site here and the original structures.

In fact the Toronto Courthouse was listed as one of Belvedere's project on their website.
