I can't seem to find the meeting notes online. Are they available to the public?

You need to ask for them (which I did). WT are not posting them as before because they are not (yet) fully AODA compliant. Though I certainly support full compliance, I think nothing is gained but doing (or not doing) this and have told WT several times they need to 'get with it'. They used to be excellent at public info, this new practice is NOT!!!I can't seem to find the meeting notes online. Are they available to the public?
Weird question: Are they planning on turning the areas in yellow and orange here into an artificial marsh or something? I know they said flood protection, so I was wondering if they mean a place where excess water can go in a pinch here. The WT Board Book for the April 2025 meeting notes:

Weird question indeed! The aim is to STOP (or minimise) flooding not create marshes.Weird question: Are they planning on turning the areas in yellow and orange here into an artificial marsh or something? Apparently now FEBRUARY 2026:Any idea when that BMW dealership will be demolished?
Thanks for the quick response!

Are they removing the DVP northbound on ramp at Eastern?
I do wonder what the plan is to mitigate traffic redirecting to the DVP northbound ramp at Dundas (which I wish they would just permanently remove). My understanding is that it will be demolished temporarily, then rebuilt eventually with slightly different geometry. And I think at some point the plan was to make it meet Eastern a T-intersection with lights, and allow left turns into the ramp from eastern westbound.
If someone has updated plans for this I would like to see them as well.

The DVP Dundas on ramp, the bike path on Dundas , the street cars on Dundas and the one live lane of traffic are a hot mess. Dundas is always back logged by a dead streetcar parked on the bridge. It is not the City's best example of urban planning.I do wonder what the plan is to mitigate traffic redirecting to the DVP northbound ramp at Dundas (which I wish they would just permanently remove).
Yeah...it is clear that I don't understand all aspects of what they are doing here, Mr. @DSCToronto ...as schematics and terms tend to elude me, so I am left wild guessing to my embarrassment. So if you could help me get the picture here it would be appreciated...Sorry.![]()
Happy to help! ...so here's what I understand: They are planning to demo and excavate what I perceive to be some sort of flood protection thingy in a fairly large area designated from the maps given. I presume, like the work done south of here, it will be given a naturalistic vibe...or something even more functional looking. It will be where excess water from a deluge of rainfall will flow from the Done River into here as opposed to the DVP. Although, I hope it's not just cars they are thinking of here...but will take the environment into consideration as well.
That's what I have. Not sure what this will look like or how this be best executed. I do hope there are some forthcoming renders will have give this some more perspective...but the rest is up my overly fertile imagination and asking weird questions in the meantime. >.<
