The plan was for occupancy in Aug of 2026. I doubt if they will meet that if the outside is not completed yet.not sure it will be done by year end. I would guess the interior finishes take a good 2 years. Does anyone one know construction to make a guess on completed cladding and start of interior??

time will tell but I’m starting to feel this building may end up looking better up close than from afar.

I believe this is the first shipment since Monday, July 21, so good to see.

Hope they install it soon. I haven't noticed anything installed since before the last shipment arrived.

Can see the below grade connection to 462 Wellington here nicely. For those who don't know, 462 Wellington's parking will be accessed through this project.

I promised a supermarket here.

Full Disclosure - this is not the signee who was expected until recently.

This location was the first thing I had in mind when they said they were opening a downtown location and the article mentioned somewhere in King West.

oh joy! Amazon/Bezos owned chain Whole Paycheck is opening.. whose co-founder compared Obamacare - expanding health insurance coverage to millions of previously uninsured Americans - to fascism.

Not that I don't share your concerns, but I would offer that Loblaws, Valu-Mart, NF, Fortinos, Arz, and T&T are all owned by the Westons, who have regularly union-busted, and opposed minimum wage increases.

Metro which has a slightly better track record, had its employees out on strike well more than a month in 2023.

The number of chains in any category who you can praise for their labour policies is quite thin.
