July 21 - Level 4 cladding components have arrived - two flatbed trucks on site by 8 AM this morning. A follow-up photo showing some of the shipment in the staging area along the south perimeter of the King Toronto site.

I get the impression that those cladding pieces are to fix the plywood components of the commercial levels. I imagine that the priority is to get the commercial 100% enclosed before the residential. I would hope they do a phased occupancy here with retail opening before residential is finished. They've gotta start bringing some revenue into this project somehow!
