The flat glass ground floors along this stretch of Queen's Quay are so depressing. The buildings are all gorgeous up top, but then they just lose all character at the pedestrian level. I cannot understand why the City has allowed this to happen time and time again.

Clearly the curbs need to be completed and the road needs its final cost(s?) of asphalt. It will probably need some sort of barrier to stop vehicles trying to get onto the QQ sidewalk too.
