That really is a small city isn’t it? I don’t even think they have that for 40 storey builds nearby. Weird

I hope George Brown decides to do something with that space, such as turning it into a POPS, rather than just return it to a surface parking lot. It always seemed like a waste of waterfront space, particularly right beside the park. And given they've survived without it for a number of years now it seems the parking spots it provides are not necessary.

Great! I do know that the daycare is the first function to open early in February and though classes don’t start until September I imagine that staff and events can start sooner.

So there is a climbing wall going into the ground floor. Taken 6 February.

Curious what the policy is for construction next to a major bike trail? They put the fence quite far into the path, creating a blind corner right where pedestrians are expected to merge with cyclists. To top it off they would frequently bump it out even further to allow room for vehicles to enter the site. Compared to the construction of T3 down the street, this was very poorly done.
