Do we know what pace they are moving on floor plates are they at a 4-day turnaround like Pinnacle yet

Not quite yet, but before today, my most recent photos of the tower were from August 18 (25 days ago), and since then, they have poured about 2.5 floors, so right now, they are at 1 floor roughly every 10 days. As the tower starts to rise, the pace should increase a bit more.

AFAIK, sales for the second tower have not started.

I wouldn't hold my breath for the second tower. No one is going to buy a 300 square foot shoebox for $800,000 in the current market.
