From today. Any denting or reflection patterns are not discernible when looking at the building from street level but can be seen in closeup pictures.

All glass in windows have a degree of irregularities in reflection. The cladding here seems to help emphasize that further. And probably in a good way.

I can't get over the fact it's so boxy and not sculptural like his other works... but I am optimistic I'll be proven wrong

Er..1 Yorkville was spandrelicious. This is anything but with all expenses spared.I can't get over the fact it's so boxy and not sculptural like his other works... but I am optimistic I'll be proven wrong

Yet another sterile ground floor, brought to you by our Official Plan policies. Can we get some texture and grain where people can actually see it? No. Sterile glass is the only thing that supports vibrancy according to the City's urban design department.
