Side note - is anyone else finding it much more difficult now to find architectural plans through the "updated" portal? This site is a good example whereby the links to the SPA/OZ don't work and I can only open the Draft of Condominium approval application.

I'm having similar frustrations with Waterfront Toronto which mysteriously seems not to be posting meeting decks anymore - though I think I saw someone mention that's a known issue they're working on.
