I know I'm on the wrong thread but God I'm happy that they changed the name every time I was down in the city I felt stupid whenever I said I want to go check out the one one bloor West just sounds more thought out and less egotistical

Based on the following screenshot of the east tower's draft plan, the second-floor mezzanine level is for the use of OCAD University; it just does not span the entire floorplate like the other levels:

You’re right. I’m there now and can see it. So it’s now 5 nearly fully formed floors. Or 6, if they consider the mezzanine to be the second floor.
 
^...I guess those wonky angles of said shafts are already reflecting how the floor plates will eventually shift in this tower.
