Taken 8 April. I thought I would go to Varda for a hard-earned kaffee und kuchen as well as a viewpoint that the upper stories of Forma are visible from now but it isn’t open on Tuesday!

I don’t think the arch plans have been posted to this thread. It looks like the 6th floor will have higher ceilings than the previous two?

yeah it just kind of sucks that we're probably not going to get the tall one now for another 10 years.

Even the shorter tower is still 862ft, taller than One Bloor East. In fact this building would be the tallest tower in any city in Canada outside of Toronto. It's really going to stand out.
