Little follow up from the same source: he was hoping to be off the job by now but the impacts of plumbing issues might have him stuck there another 2 years. The plumbers did a really poor job before jumping ship.

The long runs of influent water pipe experience axial expansion when pressurized, which have not been effectively restrained. When the complete system was pressurized there were many failures. They’ve since drained and smoke tested the pipes (actually they use a lavender scent as to not smoke out new apartments) and found even more leaks.

Somewhere between 10-25% of units have had keys given to owners (total move ins are probably closer to 10%). There’s also a major issue with AC so residents have had to put up with awful heat, water shutoffs, and water damages.
I thought it is well known common knowledge in the industry that Concord is only good to trash talk and not to buy units from :oops:;)😇

Anyone know the final closing shall be in 2026 or not?

That's up to inspectors. Developers register these buildings ASAP after getting approval to do so.

Concord is very good at meeting regulatory obligations though.
