Interested to see how this looks in a year to everyone.
I thought it is well known common knowledge in the industry that Concord is only good to trash talk and not to buy units fromLittle follow up from the same source: he was hoping to be off the job by now but the impacts of plumbing issues might have him stuck there another 2 years. The plumbers did a really poor job before jumping ship.
The long runs of influent water pipe experience axial expansion when pressurized, which have not been effectively restrained. When the complete system was pressurized there were many failures. They’ve since drained and smoke tested the pipes (actually they use a lavender scent as to not smoke out new apartments) and found even more leaks.
Somewhere between 10-25% of units have had keys given to owners (total move ins are probably closer to 10%). There’s also a major issue with AC so residents have had to put up with awful heat, water shutoffs, and water damages.
Anyone know the final closing shall be in 2026 or not?
Spoke to them recently. Contractors are on site outfitting respective balconies and the maple leaf lighting should be ready in a couple months.
Looks just ok in silhouette.
Yup exactly. So much for "Signature Luxury" lollooks like ass
