Walked around the Concord Canada House block as dusk was falling last night (Wednesday, April 30). Still no occupancy - all door and garage entrances closed, fenced off, with security staff patrolling. A couple of photos:

It's been bothering me that there are a couple of white balcony sections missing from the middle of the top leaf on the south tower! At first I thought it was part of the design, but it doesn't look like that in the rendering. The top leaf of the north tower appears to be missing one too.

Lmao! Concord really looked at the design plan and was like, they'll get the idea these are maple leaves, save a few of these white balcony panels
Gotta make more money somehow *shrug*

The only hope for this is a half decent lighting scheme. During the day it is truly an appalling sight.

Agree. Cant wait for the lighting. Hoping it will look like the render with the top levels lit up and the leaf motif... not sure if that would be illuminated too

From today...I'd almost appreciate the plywood more than the final cladding since it's much more colourful than what we're going to see. The cool tones of this complex are quite overwhelming.

Floors 55+ have no carpeting in hallways + penthouse stairs are still in forms + drywall not installed. Lower floors are finished and some have pretty blue bows on the doors.
