I thought the crowns of the buildings were supposed to have those flashy lighted tops
They are going to be doing that inside the tops, yes... along with the maple leaf lighting application on the exterior as per above, so calling it complete is somewhat premature.

Let's take an over/under on how long it takes before this lighting "feature" goes innto a permanent state of disrepair and ends up looking like unmitigated garbage.

I say 6 months.

Cityplace's Warm by Night and the light feature on Parade did work ok - though they are also simpler installations as well.

Making progress on the remaining ground level sidewalk areas not yet open to the public. A bonus - something completely predictable in the last photo...

And the bonus photo - the sidewalk at the corner of Blue Jays Way and Navy Wharf. While the corner at Spadina and Blue Jays Way was still being done - freshly poured concrete being smoothed when this photo was being taken. Digging up the new sidewalk did not take long did it?
