A family friend is a labourer for Reliance working on Canada House. We’re hearing from him that the plumbing contractor, who’s since gone bankrupt, made an absolute mess of this project. Leaks on nearly every floor, some minor and some major. Quite concerning with move in dates quickly approaching.

Well I kind of feel sorry for the buyers here, this project isn't going to age well at all if that's the case and the maintenance costs in 10 years will be skyhigh.

The reason why i say kind of is because friends dont let friends buy into Concord Adex builds.
