How many floors is 250K sf?

33,000sf a floor or so, so around 8 floors.

According to this link, floors 29, 30, and 40-50 remain available. My guess is that CIBC has floors 1-20, BCG has 21-28, and CPP 31-39.

Is there information on projected occupancy? From the evening photos where you can see inside, it looks like work on interior fittings are well underway on the lower floors.

I haven't posted about the floor count in a while, but unless there are occupied floors in the crown at the south end, this puppy is 49 not 50. I have a clear view of the floor count from my balcony and the top floor is clearly labelled 50 but the 13th floor is missing, meaning 49. Can someone confirm occupied floors in the crown at the south end?

Wow almost the same angle as the concept art! I think this project lived up to or even surpassed the expectations they set when they released these images:

I like that the two towers are twins, but would’ve loved if the north tower was a little taller like the very earliest version of this project called for:
