It's kind of disappointing how few people are using the bridge. It does feel out of the way and a little bit of a jog from both ends. On the Union side, they could use a "Bus Terminal" sign in the Great Hall and at the entrance to the hallway. I guess people are fine during warm months going outside and crossing in hoards at the intersection and maybe the true test will be when it gets colder.

Personally I like the Bay bridge being fairly empty as one can enjoy the views better.

No doubt usage will increase once all the escalators open and people get used to the idea.

You can cross over to the 4th floor of the north tower and take the elevators down to the lobby. There are also escalators (as in the south tower), but they’re still blocked off. Here’s the north tower lobby
