These poor guys working on the interlocking. They did a stellar job only to have someone come along, pull up some of the bricks, and add street signage. That must be frustrating.

Other than one of the team leads on the construction team telling me it was a shoppers, I'll wait for sinage.
This would be the best spot for it, from a marketing perspective.

What are the odds the remaining car dealers and parking lots close to this are turned into housing soon?

One of the car dealerships just RETURNED to 322 Front Street after seeing a big drop-off in business when they crossed the DVP.
The convenience of being accessible from the Southbound exit from the DVP was a huge driver of their Services business, etc.
