It keeps finding that sunset

I think there are people living in it now. And looks like there's a few left. :)

This is insane lol. 4 Million for a 9th floor 2 bedrooms. I get it the building is nice, but Quayside, Parliament Slip, and 3C will be a construction waste land for at least another 6 years. Villier Island completion date is set as 2040. You really are not going to fully enjoy this area and the view until at least 2035.

Love the building, but I question the valuation lol

Agree! But isn't it just investors buying them anyway and maybe renting/airbnbing them? No real owners living there anyway. They're just big safe deposit boxes. ;)

I suspect most here are owner occupiers. It is the tiny one-bedroom units that are bought by investors to rent to students.

Guys I have a question. The area just opposite the Aqualuna building, besides the parliament slip, Is there a possibility of a big condo in block 5?

It seems all quite ingenious when you really look at.

So who owns Quayside Block 5?
In the plans for Quayside, this is a Cultural Destination, and in the 3C's plan, the southern tip of this site will become Whiskey Beach, leading into Trinity Plaza.

Here is another rendering from the Parliament Slip plan - "Waterfront Cultural Center"

So my guess is, block 5 will be the City's or Waterfront Toronto's land. It is meant to be some sort of institutional/community/tourist building.
