Wooden deck with marble inlay?

More likely wood veneer and cultured (crap powdered) marble though this building would be the one to go for real materials.

Was flying by Aqualuna to go take pictures of something else, and I thought I'd grab a few shots of the latest progress for this thread.

The units with lights on do not appear to be occupied. Look to be still under construction with construction materials scattered around.

The pool is pretty wild. Wooden deck with marble inlay? That's got to be one of the only wooden decks in Toronto. Ooh la la.

My guess is that the city would want at least Quayside and Parliament Slip area (maybe some of 3c) to be built out by 2031 because that seems to be the timeline for every major projects.

So another 6 years of this beauty sitting in the middle of construction wasteland. At least they have secured the funding, so there are some movement.
