I found out that the south tower is being occupied in early January with the north end following later. Taken 12 December.

I'm going to be a wet blanket (again) - How is this going to age? I know they worked hard on the external materials but how will those materials deal with the lake side location, weather extremes, and what maintenance will be required to sustain the exteriors?

Excited to see that last section of the boardwalk finishing up. Will be nice to walk along that whole stretch of the waterfront when completed.
As far as I saw on the last ariel shots, they have still work to do along the west side of Parliament Street Slip - and, eventually, the east side and further east.

Being on a (freshwater) Lake is not going to make things rot or 'tarnish' faster. On an ocean that is certainly a concern but not here. This is clearly a Grade A build and will doubtless have Grade A condo fees to match, I have no doubt they will do all the necessary external maintenance required to keep their investment up to speed! I worry FAR more about cheaply built crap which will have lots of rentals and no owners who care (or care to pay) for maintenance that is not 'essential'.

Has anyone seen how the eastern side is doing? With the promenade inching towards completion, and the ground level a community centre, I’m curious about how that’s progressing. I could see public access along the water, but the east side being fenced off until Parliament Slip is done.
