I like @Avenuer more because at least he provides renderings or plans.Hmmmmm.......methinks Ian has some info on this projects' developers NEXT plans in YEG? Touch your nose if I'm onto something? lol
I'm thinking that as an insider, he'll be less able to share advance information about projects his employer is working on. Cards are usually held very close to the chest for competitive reasons.Hmmmmm.......methinks Ian has some info on this projects' developers NEXT plans in YEG? I was impressed with this one, too.I had a nice tour offered to me today by one of the partners in this project and was not disappointed; yet another impressive addition to the area. What I like most about it was that between this and the 4-5 other newer projects in the vicinity, people have choice, a spectrum of design decisions, pricing and that it is drawing in more and more people to urban living, upping the overall experience and encouraging more retailers to join in.
A special nod here to a lot of local art and photography.View attachment 628871View attachment 628872View attachment 628873View attachment 628874View attachment 628875View attachment 628876View attachment 628877View attachment 628878View attachment 628879View attachment 628880View attachment 628882View attachment 628884View attachment 628885View attachment 628886View attachment 628887
Of course, I move from Edmonton and all of a sudden a Deville within walkable distance from me opens
Can they please get their hands on the former Good Earth space on 124 Street?
The Deville was bustling today, as was the Square One in Windsor Park when I went a couple weeks ago. The demand is there in the area; the Garneau Ace is always packed. Personally, as someone who works on campus, I'm glad to walk a few extra minutes for something that's not Tim Hortons, Starbucks, or Remedy.
The quality of their beverages and foods has definitely dropped since they first popped up.It really says something when Remedy belongs in the context of Tim Horton's and Starbucks. I remember them being the class of the field.
