Yes, it actually feels like a city core here. Some of the advantages of the U of A is how central it is and how easily it connects to the rest of the city. Unlike some other cities where their campuses are quite a trek to get to or have a suburban feel.Downtown 2 is looking good these days! Hopefully another couple of towers/mid-rises will pop up around here in the next few years.
