They mentioned/hinted at a next project awhile ago pending the success of this one, but also have an issue (like many of us) with City assessments, assessment formulas and overall taxation as it relates to purpose built rental.

Curious where they build next.

Now that filled up quickly! I was again in town for the past week and walking down 112st felt like a completely different experience from a few years ago, with the Laurent and One12's CRU's filled and relatively busy, even though we're still weeks away from classes to return.
