My condo floor plan is that my master bedroom and bathroom are right beside my laundry/pantry room but due to the adjoining wall being where my shower is. I have to walk all the way around through my living room, dinning area, and through my kitchen to do my laundry.It's not a laundry room, the laundry is IN the bathroom. Mine is like this as well. apparently there are some good cost savings in terms of piping and all.
I actually find it very convenient, especially for a single person, since I can just throw my dirty clothes in the washer when I go shower, instead of using a laundry basket or something.

Based on current renters preferences both a dishwasher and in-suite laundry are a must. As someone who a few moons ago rented with and without either in various places I can attest that they would be a 'must have' for me today.

I don't know why it took 30 years to figure out it was a good idea to build this right by the hospital, but yes it is very well situated for that.

The Tim/Wendy marriage ended a few years ago, so it's high time they had separated locations.
