And this is not even counting the potential Phase II for the Parks, a PD approved mystery 54-unit midrise on 108th and an unannounced MacLab development also on108th. Once all said and done, this is going to make a major different to this part of downtown. If we're using 1.5 persons per dwelling unit:
Massey Ferguson - 696 units - 1,044 residents
Lotus Park - 152 units - 228 residents
Lilac Park - 239 units - 358 residents
Vantage Park - 201 units - 301 residents
Warehouse Block - 226 units - 339 residents
That's around 2,270 new residents in this area of downtown.
For the love of humanity, does Anyone have a sneak pic of the improved renderings of Warehouse Park?If we're using 1.5 persons per dwelling unit:
Massey Ferguson - 696 units - 1,044 residents
Lotus Park - 152 units - 228 residents
Lilac Park - 239 units - 358 residents

Let the conjecture and gossip commence! And this is not even counting the potential Phase II for the Parks, a PD approved mystery 54-unit midrise on 108th and an unannounced MacLab development also on108th. Once all said and done, this is going to make a major different to this part of downtown.
Is the mystery midrise not BLVD?And this is not even counting the potential Phase II for the Parks, a PD approved mystery 54-unit midrise on 108th and an unannounced MacLab development also on108th. Once all said and done, this is going to make a major different to this part of downtown.
Even some of our supportive housing buildings look better than this^^ this 'bottom line' thinking/ attitude and settling for - is the most Edmonton thing you can do. My god, what an ugly building. It certainly says a lot when a supportive housing complex in Vancouver has better architecture than this remand centre looking structure.
