Never attended, but saw ads on social media for investor events and conferences hosted by Truman in Mississauga, Ontario. This was when they were selling Lincoln.

This will settle the speculation. DP is in for "Stampede Station offices" located at 308 17 AV SW (interestingly enough, only a few doors down from Vesta's upcoming towers). It's just an extensive refurbish of the existing building and will include a "sales presentation area". DP2025-05111, NORR architects.

Is this an office for the management of the W Hotel? Or is it an office building branded as W? I don't think most hotels have a separate management office?

I wonder if these towers will have accent lighting, like Telus Sky or the crown of Brookfield place, I think it adds a nice bit of charm to downtown. Hope that trend continues
Bummer, though. I like that old brick plaza. I so wish the sales centre could be located on one of the empty lots in the area.

Poor Vesta... went from being the talk of the town and having the tallest residential tower in Calgary to now having the sales centre for the tallest building in Western Canada across from their head office...

Looks like there is a Burnaby proposal to overtake the Stantec Tower, but it should be shorter than Stampede Station.

With the state of BCs condo market, I see the Burnaby proposal being less likely to happen anytime soon than Stampede Station. .
I think Vancouver/Burnaby will eventually have the tallest outside of Toronto, but it'll be delayed a few years. Calgary might get to hold the title again for a short period.
