Unfortunately this entire complex is bad enough that it leaves a lot to be desired but too good for it to be economically viable to change much.
Posting this from the Proj and Construction thread re. a new retailer taking the former Bay store.

Any word on the Avant by Altea going in at One Bloor? Havent seen any news about it since 2023.

Many of the marketing flyers for properties on Yorkville Ave, including 83 Yorkville Ave, note that neighboring tenants include Zadig and Voltaire, which as far as I know doesn't have a location in Bloor-Yorkville, yet. Make of that what you will. Perhaps retail-insider will know where.
