Surely the luxury condo market will rebound any second now!

The luxury market is actually pretty healthy, but I wouldn't describe any of these as reaching that threshold. 80 Bloor W has the potential, but still needs some serious refinement to get there. The 19 Bloor West project is outright trash, and wouldn't pass mid-market muster.
