UCP need to be named as co-conspirators... because they are.Was just looking up law firms who may handle this. Does anyone know how something like this would get set in motion?

Russians were coerced into their viewpoints over many generations of totalitarianism. They have an excuse. I'm thinking more MAGA, where they embrace the ugliness while mouthing platitudes about freedom.UCP and RPA supporters have more in common with Russians than Canadians, specifically that they have never accepted Alberta as a democracy. They will never change their ways. The only path for Albertan freedom from UCP/RPA tyranny is lawsuits and criminal trials.
People should go to jail for this careless and negligent handling of personal information.Beyond fucked up. Smith's weasel pal David Parker continues to thumb his nose at Albertans: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/edmonton/livestory/elections-alberta-electors-list-9.7182971
Noting of course that names in a phone book are there because those people have consented to it and not elected to have "unlisted" telephone numbers. They don't have the option to be an "unlisted name" when providing information to be on the voter's list which is proper safeguards on the circulation of the voter's list is so important.Beyond fucked up. Parker and his Take Back group take credit for ditching Jason Kenney as UCP leader and premier, helping elect the more libertarian Danielle Smith as his successor, putting half the governing party's board in the group's "control," and mobilizing new party members to nominate TBA-friendly and more activist UCP candidates.
He's built such an affinity with UCP leader Danielle Smith that the premier attended Parker's small March wedding in the Rockies, the Globe and Mail recently reported. Smith downplayed it, saying: "I've got lots of friends."
They still publish phone books!? The last one I saw was from around 15 years ago. Pretty much every unknown caller number I try check now does not show any information.Noting of course that names in a phone book are there because those people have consented to it and not elected to have "unlisted" telephone numbers. Of course Nenshi is as quiet as a mouse when we need him most. Typical centrist.
I don't know if he is quiet or more if the mainstream Alberta media just doesn't often cover what he says because they are very right leaning and basically cheerleaders for Smith/UCP.Of course Nenshi is as quiet as a mouse when we need him most. Typical centrist.
I wonder that myself. I don't ever much much out of Nenshi, but I wonder if it's more the media then him. Maybe as we get closer to the election we'll hear more from him?I don't know if he is quiet or more if the mainstream Alberta media just doesn't often cover what he says because they are very right leaning and basically cheerleaders for Smith/UCP.
Not surprising. Seems to be lazy journalism because the media organization does not want to put the time and resources into researching the issue themselves, so instead they rely on talking points conveniently provided by the UCP.Here's Nenshi on CTV. The host was repeating Smith's talking points as fact.
Who is this dick head? Fan the flames of separatism just to make sure that is not what people want? Here's Nenshi on CTV. The host was repeating Smith's talking points as fact.
