Calgary has not (yet) gotten their HAF funding clawed back as a result of killing their zoning bylaw. Red Deer is still slated for a 100% clawback.

They just received a $64million HAF cheque this week. One more payment of $64 million left for their full amount.

Not sure where Edmonton is at with ours.
 
Fully paid out as of 2023, to the best of my knowledge. Obviously with no risk of clawbacks at the moment.
According to the city, we've gotten tranches of ~$43m-$49m annually, with one more payment coming in Q1 2027. Plus there's the top-up from a year or two ago that let the city launch the downtown student housing incentive and the standardized design/fast track permitting review process.

Are these different from the questions set out initially? There is definitely a lot of overlap, but some of them are unfamiliar to me, and others seem reworded. Still, having a provincial referendum for something like the abolition of the Senate is absolutely brain-dead behaviour, regardless.
