WEM should be better than Davies since it's not a central platform station.
I expect WEM to be the busiest LRT station in the city within the first year.

The complaints in the comment section about the open drug use and disorder are correct. EPS does nothing.

I think the busing will still be big around the mall, and then because of the malls size, the train might still be a 20+ minute walk from your store vs driving to the right entrance. So I wonder if that’ll impact use.
WEM will be up there, but usurping university would be crazy.

Ooh this would be a fun bet. I’m leaning more towards University Station still being busier because the Capital Line would be better at attracting commuters because it’s fast.

Because every time police try to do something, some social justice warrior gets wind of it, they complain loudly about police being to 'mean', city hall then agrees with the social justice warriors. police back off. and then the same people complain police are not doing enough. the circle of life.
do you remember a few years ago when cibc did something to stop loiters outside their jasper ave branch and council and all the social justice warriors piled on. or how bout the time, last winter, when police started to clear encampments and the mayor got all upset. the city manager was fired as a result.
the current social justice group think is a big factor on why people avoid dt and transit. my safety and my families safety comes first. i know for a fact that a police officer told his wife to not take transit and that he won't allow his kids to take transit.

WEM could be the busiest non-peak hour station?
Corona, Churchill and University are probably the busiest in the line during peak hours, with Churchill getting busier during non peak hours with the Valley Line connection.
