A couple of highlights from the admin presentation:
1. There would likely be two ten hour shifts seven days per week.
2. This is not intended to move the opening date forward; instead it's meant to "de-risk" the civil work, particularly at intersections (which is apparently the most complex part of the project), and ease some pressure from the trackwork schedule in future years.

Sure, but it’s a big bottleneck to go from 4 eastbound lanes to 1 for stony. Vs the current 2 on 102ave + recent SPR reopening.That should be better than having both SPR and 102 Ave closed.
