I'm curious to know how the Valley Line LRT is co-existing with the Taste of Edmonton?
I really didn't see a problem, The Taste starts north of the line, just 100th north of Jasper is totally closed this year.

Great connections, just walk off and BAM, you're there!

***edit, slight change since my original posting. The Churchill connector is closed to the north side (facing taste of edmonton), so unless you are getting off the 1st tram car, you have a block walk, same as anyone using the LRT and coming up thru the Churchill connector...

This video REALLY highlights the potential along 87, 156, SPR. It's also remarkable that if this was in any other city we would be seeing speculation and 10-20 multi-fam projects in planning or U/C along this route. Here's hoping, but it seems to be a reminder of how Edmonton real estate works.

There’s 4 along the 156st route, plus a few dozen of those 8plexes on both sides in glenwood and west jasper place.

Pretty decent tbh. More than SE line has seen.

That's great and all, but I'm talking major infill projects in the 50-100-150 sizing.
