The first steel for any building is going up in Michener Park. You can see a 3 or 4 storey cement stairwell (I think) in behind.

Frustrating to see a standalone grocery in this day and age given the finite land there versus Calgary's UniverCity where it is integrated into a more urban street that is highly walkable and its own little community.

I don’t know it’s actual area but have been in it and it seemed larger than the Save On Foods in Cantera Centre in Railtown.

It's definitely 3/4 sized or at least feels like it. My father lives across the street and i've been quite a bit, but it might just feel that way given the rest of the scale around it.

Second commercial one storey building going up and the last picture looks to be a lot of digging. Maybe the first residential foundation?

The two commercial buildings closest to 122nd St have roofs and most of the walls started. The two storey steel structure popped up the last few days and across the road is a deep hole that they are still removing material for a residential building. Still kind of sad about the single storey disposable commercial buildings.

Commercial could have been better planned out. At least from the last few plans I saw. Wasn't that impressive. Please impress me with the landscaping/placemaking....
