I don't know that this ever hit pre-sales, unless they were able to find buyers without a public launch.

It seems like there's no update on this one. I chatted with one of the workers hired by the developer and they said its pretty much halted for now. not sure what the plan is.

issue is the house belonging to the builder that is boarded up is starting to become a hangout spot for drug users, and just a car parking lot on the grass.
