The One Property says there would be 60 units, I presume many of these units would be spacious. Does anyone know the cost per square foot in the area?

does anyone know like what's actually going on here? the permits have been issued since 2022... are they just not going to build it? I see the builder's contractors go in and out of the house that they own (they indicated that its their construction site house on Humbervale).
