It's warm and beautiful but probably more expensive to maintain
I'd be willing to pay the price premium to have it in the downtown core, it would be a minor dent in the city's budget but would go miles in improving the desolate appearance of our streets.

Toronto has settled for sterile drab for far too long, and it's frankly embarrassing.
 
West House occupancy is getting closer - tours are now being conducted for prospective tenants, although as of now (May 21) move ins have not yet started, the building does not have any residents yet. The exterior of the building is virtually complete. The Bathurst sidewalk in front of the building is open, and the fencing in front of the north half of the building has been removed. The south half of the Bathurst Street frontage still has fencing along the front of the building. The sidewalk planters have plants and trees in them.
