Yes! I remember one of your earlier posts mentioned Feb for the 10ish floor? I was surprised by the occupancy timeline, since my friend’s condo (around Markham) took about a whole year to occupy all units.
Hopefully it won’t be delayed again

I honestly think that it is the black trim on the balconies that is making it pop so much more now
