YES! This is an example of a building where someone actually made an effort and it shows. Not to sound like a broken record but Time & Space opposite it on Front is an example of a building where nobody cared - except about making money - and I feel a certain satisfaction walking past their still unrented shop-fronts (though I wish they were occupied.

I just wished they had done something more creative with the mechanical box. It just sits there like a grey lump on an otherwise interesting building. Even extending the vertical columns so they attached to the mechanical might have added more visual interest.

They could have done numerous creative things with that topper. It could have been all (reasonably reflective) white with LED light strips or spotlights that would shine down/up on it at night, so they could change to whatever colour they wanted. Even make it thematic as well, like red and white LEDs on Canada Day. Stuff like that.
