I hadn't noticed until this picture that the Dundas elevation isn't keeping up with the Edward St side which is already above the heritage building. But on the back, on Central Ave, it's level. So strange.

^According to the renders they are planning on keeping/preserving those art motifs things there. And thank goodness.

They’ve cleared the University Avenue job site and replaced the sides with fencing. It looks like they may be preparing to move the container pedestrian passage onto their property. It can’t be cheap to occupy a city sidewalk for 5+ years.

Can anyone see how they accomodated the floor height difference between the heritage facades in the new podium structure?

The floors seem aligned from Centre Avenue towards University. Maybe the heights go up after clearing the heritage building.
