the official website says completion in jan 2026. i’m pretty sure it’ll be delayed but does anyone have an estimate on when this building will be completed?

Good to see progress. The tower should shoot up once it clears the heritage building. I biked by last week and noticed a ton of debris on the University side with some of the addition torn down. Did you happen to take photos of that today? I was wondering if they're demolishing that addition. It's in the rendering as the entrance to the subway station but maybe it's going to be rebuilt new.

No, I didn't take pictures of the University side. Kinda passed by it, but didn't see anything significant.

Perhaps but there are going to be a lot of bag holders here. From what I recall this sold at like $1,700/sf and upon completion will be lucky to be worth $1,100/sf.

This was always one of the most ridiculously priced projects from the peak of the market from what I saw.

No, I didn't take pictures of the University side. Kinda passed by it, but didn't see anything significant.

I went by and got a couple of pics of the University Ave demolition.

They're tearing down the roof and the central portion but maintaining the pillars and the side walls.

A few pages back, I speculated that once the addition to the podium is built, this becomes a Centre Ave. and Edward St. project. If they're getting to work on building this subway entrance at this stage, its completion may coincide with the University Avenue side reopening while the tower rises for another year set far back at the north-east corner and well clear of the University ad Dundas sides of the building.
