Thanks for braving the yucky day to get us these pics.

Looks like one floor since @GenerationLee 's March 7th post. 😬 They're going to have to pick up the steam if this is going to have all 54 stories up before the 2030s.
I think we'll see this pickup fairly soon they can't use fly forms for a large portion of the slab right now as it is behind the heritage facade I see them probably doubling in Pace when they get above the final heritage slab

I wonder if the heritage building will be treated as a separate unit once it's completed. The tower is set so far back from University that once the heritage addition is done, the tower could probably continue construction on its NE corner without affecting University Avenue. I'd really like to see those hoardings come down. They've been up since before the pandemic I think.

This perspective illustrates the point I had been making earlier. Once the 4 story addition to the podium is complete, the tower itself is set so far back that this becomes a Centre Ave/Edward St. development, no longer on University. I wonder if we'll see the crane on the right disassembled, the University and Dundas hoardings come down, the street cleaned up and the subway entrance reopened while the tower rises on its own on Centre Avenue.
