Wonder if this will be one of the longest sidewalk closures we’ve got going on. It’ll be another year or two before 31 is done.

Of course that’s for private luxury condos, I know govt holds the championship for sidewalk closures on projects.

The land is owned by the condo to the north. Would be almost impossible to get a tower there now, but stranger things have happened.

@interchange42 as a note from I saw Sat, Jib crane up or almost up to take the tower crane down shortly. Saw it as I was driving by and unable to get some shots of it.

They have installed the jib for the derrick crane to dismantle the tower crane; photo from 360 yesterday evening:
