This project is not half bad overall, the podium is sharp and the non-balcony side of the tower looks really good as well. What really detracts from it are the other 3 sides that have balconies, those sides dont look so great.

I respectfully disagree.

In my opinion, the black trim along the balcony edges really elevates the building. It ties everything together, connecting it seamlessly to the north-facing wall — and smartly conceals the raw cement edges. I just wish more architects and developers were this thoughtful. (Looking at you, 75 Esplanade, with your "unfinished" balconies aka, value-engineered "design choice".)

This building is a solid project. A lovely and unexpected surprise.
