Thought another update was in order. Taken yesterday. Last couple of weeks have been focused on breaking up the concrete floor from the original buildings. Interesting trench across the property. Wonder what this is for.

It is a nice sunny day so I figured I'd snag another photo. The majority of the concrete floor has been broken up and is being removed. Another note, most of the equipment that was on-site has now been removed

Some lake shore service work is underway on the north side of this property. Maybe related to the Yonge Street sewer replacement?
Sclairpipe high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe
18” DR32 pipe is rated for 64psi. I’m not sure what this is for. Storm or sanitary or Enwave cooling.

They haven't applied for permits if the online permit status search is accurate. The site is ready for shoring . We will know soon.
