I'm normally all for juxtaposition of old / modern, but the way the restored heritage meets the new podium here is hideous to me. Yikes.

It's these odd faux-classical mouldings not relating to anything. Better to go all-in modern if they were forced to differentiate from the old brick.

I think street level will turn out excellent. Love the stone. And the level above the stone facade will be open with a splash of colour in the ceiling.
