I have not changed my mind.....

This building looks clumsy........like architects playing drunk Jenga.

This could and should have been better.

To think, massing the building that way actually added to the construction cost......

Can you imagine paying extra to make it look like you don't know what you're doing?

...I am less concerned about the massing than the dull cladding that covers it. That is, despite it being of a higher quality..it makes the tower look soul sucking, IMO.

the diagonal setbacks are going to be quite striking. this is turning out great and we cant even see all of the old facades yet which were really beautiful even in disrepair

Taken 5 April. As an aside all of the retail on the north side of Queen east of here has gone up-market.
