Has it been busy? I suppose there are lots of residents moving in now. Personally I was unimpressed on two visits, especially with the >$5 Americano. In the neighbourhood, I prefer Fahrenheit and Moss Park Espresso (though their hours are rather limited).

I felt the same way after visiting their location in Midtown...a $7 coffee that's maybe 5 or 6 oz...no thanks, even if it's decent.
 
Not to get too off-track but there are a couple of great cafés on Queen as well as Mast on Shuter.
